The State Resource Guide -- Online This book, put out by the SBDC, SCORE, and other agencies,  is one of the hottest movers at the Chamber of Commerce lobby.  Now you can use it online in a PDF Format
Small Business Administration The SBA has lots of valuable information.
SCORE - Service Corp of Retired Executives SCORE can pair you up, confidentially, and FREE, with a counselor who has "been there, done that"  in regards to whatever field you are in. 
City of Sterling Details about infrastructure, taxes, fees for water, and sewer, building codes, and other laws
State of Colorado Facts The latest Census results, County Profiles, and the State Fossil, all on one site!
The Internal Revenue Service The IRS has made the US tax code searchable, and all the forms you could ever wish for are available online in PDF format.  
State Office of Economic Development Logan County is in a State designated "enterprise zone" meaning that certain tax breaks may be available to your company if you meet certain qualifications, and create jobs within the zone. The state office of economic development has all this information and more
