Nominated by: Anyone Award winner chosen by: annual banquet committee, including present and immediately-past Presidents, community and chamber leaders. Award: Plaque Criteria: ¨ Resident of Logan County ¨ Presented to a person who demonstrates the qualities of a leader, volunteer, contributor (not always financial), neighbor, and friend of Logan County and it’s citizens. ¨ Nominator must provide qualifying information NOMINATE - CALL TODAY - 522-5070 CITIZEN 2007

All nomination forms would be received by designated Chamber of Commerce staff. Staff will document names and addresses, as well as award nomination, then turn the nominations over to the proper entities. Each nominee in each category will receive a letter of congratulation from the president & an invitation to the Annual Banquet. Nominations for each year will be returned to the Chamber office for proper filing. |
