All nomination forms would be received by designated Chamber of Commerce staff. Staff will document names and addresses, as well as award nomination, then turn the nominations over to the proper entities. Each nominee in each category will receive a letter of congratulation from the president & an invitation to the Annual Banquet. Nominations for each year will be returned to the Chamber office for proper filing. |
